It's Peachy-Kind-Of-Day!

The weather has been cooperating with us here in Vancouver; lately it has been so warm that I actually had to wear shorts today! :)  (bye bye rainy days!)  I took advantage of the  sunshine and came up with a summer-feel photo shoots. Yay! Let's just hope the weather will remain like this all through out this week....

Outfit: Top Shop high low top (bought from London), Kamiseta Shorts (bought from the Philippines), Forever 21 Shrug  and Nine West peek-a-boo shoes.

As you can see, I am trying to achieve the whole peachy look. :)

Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012

Inspiring. Innovative. Imaginative. Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012. I was lucky enough to be given two chances to watch one of west coast's prominent fashion events. Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012 was my very first fashion show I attended. Originally, I inquired about their volunteer opportunities; however, I was not chosen as one of the lucky few. A good friend had surprisingly taken me to watch it for my first show. During the show, I networked with one of the people who was in charge for volunteer registration. He was kind enough to give myself and my friend another chance to watch the show free of charge the following day. I thought that the event was very engaging, inspiring and imaginative. My favourite designer of the show is AngelEye. It featured a 'London-inspired' vintage fabrics and designs. I like how she uses well-constructed and good quality materials that have that drape fabric finished to it. Here are some photos from AngelEye collection.
She is favourite model. I mean, she literally was very enticing when she did her walks. This lady definitely owned the catwalk!
My favourite piece from AngelEye collection. I love this piece because it's ultra feminine and it has that drape fabric finished to it. I would totally wear this dress in a heartbeat!

Here's a photo of me enjoying every moment at the fashion show.
